OIL OF MONUMENTAL OLIVES, VARIETY OF OGLIAROLA SALENTINA
The ancient trees of the variety Ogliarola Salentina are the same ones who also gave oil to the Romans, the Byzantines, the Normans, the Aragons. The oil is produced using organic farming methods with the indication "by centuries-old olive groves of Puglia" pursuant to art. 7 of 14 LR 2007 on the protection of the monumental landscape of olive groves of Puglia.
